Mystery of Zikr

Zikr (in Arabic literally «Remembrance [of God]») is the main prayer ceremony of Sufism, this is an analogue of the Orthodox “smart doing”. In fact, this is praising to Allah. The highest form of such a practice was “zikr of the chosen (by God)” (“zikr al-Hawass”) – the prayer ceremony performed by an ascetic Sufi individually.
